Description:
This is a pair of used handmade double mounted Chihuahua spurs made by David Farkas. David is a bit and spur maker from Stephenville, Texas. The spurs are marked Farkas 328 on the outside of the heel bands. The spurs are steel with a natural patina and are mounted with eighteen pieces of nickel silver. There are wheat stalks engraved in the steel on the outside shank by the heel band and under the hanger on the outside heel band. There is a little play in the rowels but not much and the rowels spin freely. These spurs would be nice to use.

Measurements: Heel Band Width a little less than 1”, Shanks 1 ¾”, Rowel Diameter 1 ½”, Rowel Points 10, Heel Opening a little over 3 ¼”, Weight of Both Spurs 1lb 3.4oz
