Description:
This is a pair of new handmade single mounted spurs made by Texas bit and spur maker Darrell Hogue. The spurs are marked Hogue 271 on the outside of the heel bands. The spurs are highly polished steel and are mounted with nickel silver acorns and oak leaves on the outside bands. They have fantastic 64 point rowels. A lot work went into these rowels and the highly polished finish. It was hard to get good pictures because of the reflection so several pictures are shown at different angles. These spurs are much more impressive in person. There are a couple of dings on the spurs from handling. There is one on the edge of the heel band and one on a spur button. They would be nice to use or a great pair of spurs to add to a collection.
