Wonderful gelding. Registered APHA, but bred and built more foundation QH lines. Very muscular built boy. Huge hip. gorgeous head and soft eye. Extremely good work ethic, always gives 100% at whatever is asked of him. No push-back in this horse, always willing.. Has won money and buckles in sorting,penning and ranch roping events with prior owner. Very calm and cool around the cattle, but does enjoy working them. I’m a 55 year old lady rider, and I’ve used him for parades, arena riding and lots of big trail rides and road riding. He’s as bombproof as they come. I’ve been on some tough trails and he’s never spooked at anything or refused to go where asked.. Goes thru water great, steep hills, tough rocky terrain and he’s very sure footed and confident. Very safe on the roads with cars, big trucks going by, bicycles, 4 wheelers, etc. Never buddy sour. Goes out with big groups or alone. Has a fantastic handle on him. Has extremely smooth gaits. Anyone should get along with this sweet boy. Very personable.. No vices or issues, absolutely no maintenance required. Is in fantastic shape and can do a hard days work .Has been well taken care. 1st one to meet you at the gate once he sees you or the trailer ready to go!! Very soft in the bridle and works off leg and body cues as well as neck reins. Very strong, Can pull about anything from the horn. Can open/shut gates on him, side pass over logs, back straight up a hill,etc. Has great ground manners, stands tied quietly, loads and hauls great, stands for mounting, clips, bathes, excellent for farrier. Has good hard feet, no shoes needed. 100% sound, never been sick or lame. Very special gelding. Will be sold to excellent home only. Price is firm, no trades.
