Upper thigh: 23 inches.

measurements are a little tight so someone a tad bit bigger can fit them

Really nice set of leggings that came from Gerry’s personal collection,

super thick and stout. used but in excellent condition

hate to sell them but I’ve just outgrown them and ive got to many sets of leggings as it is
