Description:
This is a used pair of handmade buckstitched step in chaps made by Berch Jones from Clarendon, Texas with a handmade tie ring made by Marion Turner from Clayton, New Mexico. The chaps are made out of about four and a half to five ounce brown chap leather rough side out. They are trimmed in tan chap leather smooth side out and buckstitched in brown lace leather. They have a brass belt buckle and two outside pockets. The back of the tie ring is marked M Turner. The tie ring is steel mounted with copper and nickel silver. The back of the yokes are marked with a brand. There are marks and stains from use but no holes or tears in the leather. This would make a nice pair of using chaps.

Measurements: Waist 30” to 37”, Upper Thigh 23 ½”, Knee 19”, Length from outside top of yoke to bottom 38 ¾”, Belt Strap Width 1”, Weight of Chaps about 4 ½ to 5 ounces, Tie Ring Outside Diameter – 2 ¼”, Fringe up to 9"
