Whether you’re an experienced rider or simply looking for a dependable partner, Little Man is the kind of horse for anyone. Standing 14 hands tall, he is reining horse broke with all the buttons. He is soft in the bridle, responsive, and has the training and disposition to fit a variety of riders and disciplines. He is 100% sound, requires no maintenance, hauls quietly, stands great for the farrier, is current on vaccinations, and is a pleasure to own. Little Man has been ridden exclusively by my son. He is only for sale because my son will be entering high school and aging out of youth rodeos. Whether riding the ranch, covering mountain trails, or tackling a trail obstacle course, Little Man stays calm, level-headed, and sure-footed. Like most teenage boys, my son has never been content just loping circles. So instead he has: ridden bareback, roped off him, dragged objects, trail ridden for miles, and exposed him to just about every situation imaginable. Those experiences have made him a confident, trustworthy horse that takes new things in stride. He was hauled all spring to Junior High rodeos, winning a round at the Wyoming State Finals in the boys’ goat tying. He is started in breakaway roping and heeling on the Heel-O-Matic and has all the ability to make a nice pole horse. Whether you’re looking for a trustworthy trail horse, ranch horse, youth horse, family horse, or one ready for the rodeo and 4-H arena, Little Man checks every box.
