We harness solar energy, people’s strengths, and livestock potential to produce high-quality cattle through sound animal husbandry and adaptive land stewardship. What We Offer • Full-time, permanent position • Total compensation value of $70,000–$80,000+ per year, depending on experience • Housing, paid time off, and continued education budget included • Performance-based incentive pay for role-specific and business-wide outcomes • A team culture built on growth, excellence, and continuous improvement What We Do We add value to calves through sound management and animal husbandry practices that result in desirable cattle, fit to perform and meet the needs of our customers.
