Garfield, aka Mr Blackburn 229

Garfield is a 4 yr old registered Dun AQHA gelding standing at 14.3hh. He is well trained to ride and a solid trail partner! Garfield is safe, fun, and extremely talented! He stands for grooming, tacking up, and for getting bathes. He loves turn out and gets along with the other horses in the pasture. Garfield is respectful and has good ground manners.

Garfield rides nicely in the arena. He easily picks up both leads, has a big stop, and nice back up. He will move off of leg pressure and neck rein. He will also ride bareback as well as bridless. His walk, trot, canter is smooth and easy to ride. He will drag the jugs, doesn’t mind the tarp or the umbrella. He will go through all the obstacles as well!

Garfield has done alot of outside riding and is great on the trails! He will cross creeks, step over logs, and is surefooted. He is used to being around dogs and atvs. Garfield has also been started on jumps and is doing great! He loves jumping and takes care of his rider. He pops over the jumps easily and looks great doing it! Garfield is a talented, young gelding with a lot of future!
