Are you passionate about keeping machinery running smoothly? We’re searching for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, so our jobs stay on track and downtime is minimized.



What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic)

• Perform preventative maintenance and keep equipment job-ready

• Handle repairs in the shop and in the field



What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically minded problem-solver who can work without constant direction

• Communicates when something isn’t right and asks questions when needed

• Takes pride in doing quality, ethical work

• Ag background and equipment experience preferred



What Success Looks Like

• Equipment is ready to run every day

• Downtime is minimized through proactive maintenance

• Problems are identified early and handled the right way



What You’ll Have Access To

• Heated shop with floor drains

• Fully equipped fabrication setup

• Welders, torch, and hoist for vehicle work



The Work

• Mix of shop and field work with seasonal workload

• No required weekends, overtime available
