If you’re 5 or 105 you can ride Elmer. He is the perfect beginner horse! He is a seasoned trail and ranch horse from all over Iowa, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Elmer has a great handle, super slow rocking chair lope, and an easy way of going. He has an honest neck rein and rides great bareback with a halter as well. Ride him once a year or once a week he’s always the same. He has no problem entering water, climbing hills, or downhill slopes. He’ll be the leader, the back of the pack, or anywhere in between. Elmer stands for bathing, grooming, clipping, loads and hauls with ease.
