Description:
Tony was trained to drive at 2, he cannot be hitched wrong as he readily accepts his role in horse life. He has been used in the woods, untied when trees were cut and felled next him and he did not even flinch. Starting him under saddle has been an uneventful experience as he is such a mellow, wanting to please horse. Tony will team or single drive at an enjoyable gait set by the driver. He has been a pleasure to have in my herd, I don’t believe he has a mean bone in his body. Standing at 15 hands, he is an ideal height for any horse activities. He simply wants to please. Ted has the personality that every horse owner wants, he wants to please his humans. He stands peacefully without being tied, not even winching when a tree was cut and felled right next to him. Driving single or hitched to one or more horses never presents a problem, as he enjoys his work. Ted was started under saddle with 30 days put on. Ted stands 15 hands and is equally matched to his pulling/driving mate, Tony. He stands for the farrier, loads with encouragement, is an easy keeper, and is always ready to learn a new task. He will definitely be a great addition to your herd.
