Description:
Twister was purchased in the 2021 Pitchfork Ranch Horse Sale. We have used him as a ranch horse for the last 4 years. He is excellent in the branding pen, strong enough to drag anything you want to latch onto. We have used him on our forest allotments during the summer. He is confident in rough terrain, crossing creek, logs, and bogs with no problem. He will meet you at the gate to get caught, good to shoe, and trailers great. He is the kind you can ride every day and never gets sore or tired. Twister lopes a correct circle, taking both leads, while staying soft in the bridle. Has a muscle scar on his neck on the right and left side. He will hump up if you let him get fresh, however this gelding has taken care of me riding many miles alone, catching cattle off the forest. He has been a true asset to our cattle operation.
