Description:
My name is Samuel Napier looking for a long-term ranch job that me and my wife can call home. I am 20 years old looking to move north to the following states: Nebraska, South Dakota, Colorado, Missouri.



I have several years of experience in backgrounding and cow/calf operations, including horsemanship skills. I am confident in feeding, moving cows to pasture on horse, calving, and shipping/receiving cows. I can run tractors, skid steers, dozers, and anything that is needed to be run on the ranch. I am always looking for a way to improve my horsemanship by learning and problem solving.



I am skilled in fencing, haying, planting, spraying, basic mechanics, general maintenance around the ranch, etc. I have recently learned about the irrigation process for crops and control burns.



I am hard-working, dependable, and dedicated with commitment to care for livestock and the land. I am also a fast learner and have a good attention to detail. I am willing to work long hours in any weather condition that is needed.



I am seeking a long-term position with housing provided where we can lay down roots and improve my skills, learn, and be a rock for the operations foundation. We have 2 well-trained dogs and a 4 year old horse that is willing to be an asset to the right operation.
