Description:
As sweet as the day is long, by Absolute Playboy, grandson of Absolute Investment, he has the look and temperament of a champion western pleasure horse. He is gentle, kind and easy to handle. He has retired from a show career due to hock arthritis but has had a first round of hock injections, and loading doses of adequan in Jan of 2026. This will help keep him comfortable through the final completion stages of fusion in his right hock. While no longer suited to the rigors of performance riding, Will is the perfect junior mount, and his size (16.2hh!!) would make him the perfect partner for an adult beginner, as he has the caring temperament to match. He has been ridden by children ages 6-12. Absolutely lovely jog and soft lope he helped my 12 year old niece learn to do posting trot this summer and enjoyed some light trail riding. This is a horse the whole family can enjoy. Full vet report and recent X-rays from Jan 2026 to accompany this horse to his next home.
