Ola Livestock Auction is seeking a motivated and dependable Field Representative to join our team.



This position involves working directly with cattle producers to help market livestock through our auction. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, knowledge of the livestock industry, and the ability to build long-term relationships.



Responsibilities include:

• Calling on producers and visiting farms and ranches

• Assisting consignors with marketing cattle

• Promoting Ola Livestock Auction sales

• Representing the auction in a professional manner

• Assisting on sale days as needed



Qualifications:

• Livestock and cattle knowledge preferred

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Reliable transportation required

• Honest, hardworking, and community oriented
