Description:
I am looking for an assistant ranch management/ ranch management position preferably in the Montana/Wyoming region. Ideally a ranch that utilizes both ATV/UTVs and horses, and working dogs. I am not looking for a cowboying position or one that is strictly horseback. Must be ok with pets, and bringing our own horses. Kid friendly as we have children, they are older and do enjoy helping out when they can. Also somewhere that has adequate and decent housing ( minimum 3bd/2bath). We have no issue with remote living and actually prefer it.



About myself; I have about 5 years experience in the ranching industry on a variety of different outfits. That includes cow/calf operations, and registered Angus operations. I am proficient in all haying operations, a vast knowledge in above and below ground watering systems, operating a large variety of heavy equipment and everything to do with handling cattle. Adverse weather does not bother me. I have managed crews and have no issues with it. I do not like things breaking down, so I handle and operate everything with care but if something comes up I have no problem doing what needs to be done. My motto is work smarter, not harder. I am proficient in fire mitigation, fencing, hauling, can operate a semi (I do not currently have a CDL but am not opposed to getting one).

My wife is also able to assist when and where needed (if needed), she is proficient in all things cattle related, can ride and has years of experience in office management, bookkeeping and administration.

We are currently living in Montana and hoping to find the perfect long term fit for us and you. If you think we could be a fit for your outfit please reach out, future positions will also be considered. Thank you for your time.
