This bay mare was bred and raised to be a rope/ranch using horse and lives up to the envision her breeders had in mind. Both her sire and grand sire are proven winners in the arena with her grand sire MR JUNEWOOD having won points not only in the heading, but the heeling and tie down roping as well. This is the kind of mare that will work all day on the ranch and take you to the pay window that evening at the jackpot. She is a meet you at the gate kind of horse that rides soft in the bridle and is very smooth gaited. June, or “June bug” as she is affectionately referred to as stands around 15 hands and has great feet and bone. She has been used on mountain hunting trips, moving cattle on the ranch, brandings and about any other job you can think of. She is the perfect horse for the person that wants a “one size fits all” approach.
