Description:
Drifter perfectly blends eye-catching good looks, rock-solid ability, and an unshakable temperament. Standing 15.1 hands and weighing 1,250 lbs, he’s a strong, well-made steel gray with the presence to turn heads wherever he goes. In the arena, Trace lopes around collected and balanced, knows his leads, and offers a smooth trot that’s easy to sit. He’s responsive to leg cues, has a nice stop, and is handy enough to open and shut gates with ease. Already familiar with all the reining maneuvers, he’s well on his way to being a versatile partner for the show pen, ranch, or trail. This gelding has been tested in some of the toughest country out west and has proven himself sure-footed, willing, and absolutely dependable. There’s nowhere Drifter won’t go—he navigates rugged terrain, steep climbs, and rough ground with confidence. Strong enough to carry any rider and gentle enough for the kids, he’s the rare kind that adjusts to whoever is on his back. Whether you’re moving cattle, introducing him to roping, or enjoying a quiet ride after time off, Drifter stays consistent, willing, and ready to work. For buyers seeking a horse that’s equally capable in the arena, on the ranch, or out on the trails, Drifter is the complete package. His combination of size, substance, training, and gentle nature makes him a standout in any program. With his striking steel gray coat, well-started roping foundation, and willingness to go absolutely anywhere, Drifter offers a premium opportunity for riders who want safety, style, and performance in one exceptional gelding. 100% Sound, Safe and Gentle.
