We are a family operation looking to expand and add someone with MANAGEMENT capabilities and willing to put in the work. This is not a job where things are smooth and things are easy. Not every piece of machinery starts right up, not every fence is permanent, not every task is easy. We want someone who is looking for opportunity and not just the next job or outfit. I will not micromanage and I will not hold hands. If you want an easy job do not apply.

If you are single and do not have life figured out do not apply.

If you have 4 kids with 8 women do not apply.

If you drink or do drugs do not apply. If you need to be horseback 100% of time do not apply. If you cannot get out of bed and do your job do not apply.

Who we are looking for is someone that wants opportunities and not scared to work from the bottom up for them. We want someone who has vision and goals. We want someone with character and good morals that will stand out from the majority. We want someone who puts family first, if you are God fearing that is a bonus. We want someone who takes pride in what we have built even if it is not finished even if it is not the most functional. We want someone who has a great attitude and wants to be a team player. We have cows, stockers, bale our own hay, custom plant grass, farm very little, manage pivot irrigation, and most importantly love raising good horses and good kids. Thank you
