Rogan has it all! Looks, athletic ability, and brains. You won’t find a better gelding. Rogan was born in 2022, at Meyers Ranch in Creswell Oregon. The Meyers horses are known for their durability, athletic abilities, sure footedness, and gentle demeanor. Rogan’s pedigree is loaded with top producers such as, Joe Canal, Ruano Rojo, Guatemala Canal, Sir Quincy Dan, Slick City, Seattle Slew and Secretariat! At Meyers Ranch colts are raised on the same tough terrain that they are expected to travel under saddle, creating a durable, sure footed colt. Rogan has spent the last 90 days in my program, Kiesha’s Custom Colts. I have dedicated a lot of time creating a foundation that sets Rogan up for success in any disciple. Rogan has the perfect balance between whoa and go. He has a great walk, trot, canter. He gives vertically and laterally to the bridle. He’s started on shoulder and hip yields. He rates great to your seat for stops, transitions and collection. Rogan loves the trails. He has no trouble crossing whatever is in front of him. I have used him for beginner lessons as well. He stand quiet to saddle, bridle, picks up his feet, loads, bathes ties ECT. He is very easy to get along with. He is up to date on deworming and vaccines. (Safeguard and 5way plus wnv) His teeth were inspected and he didn’t require a float. Board is covered until Aug 25th. I am more than happy to help arrange shipping.
