Rio is an 11-yr old, 14.3 hand seasoned ranch horse. He is gentle and easy to catch. Rio has spent most of his life in southwest Colorado, working/catching cattle, dragging calves and checking fence. Rio is accustomed to the high Rockies and all the way down to the deep canyon country. He has been to town. Traffic, lights, people, bicyclists, tubers do not bother him. Rio has packed green riders, and he also rides bareback. In the arena, Rio has been started out of the box on the heel side. He is easy to shoe, and loads and backs out of the trailer. Rio has good feet, is conformationally correct, and has no permanent blemishes. Rio is also good for the vet. He has been healthy and sound. He has had a presale vet exam with a report available. He is current on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating, and coggins. Don’t miss out on this good looking, handy, and all-around mount! Come meet Rio at home. Willing to hold for up to 10 days at no charge and help arrange transportation.
