Description:
JLB Ranch has an opening for our Cannon division located south of Latham, KS. This position requires someone that has the experience to oversee and take care of 600-800 momma cows. You would also need to be comfortable working with others and have the horsemanship skills to be part of a large cowboy crew.



This is a large cow/calf operation located in the Flinthills of south central Kansas. We are a progressive minded company that still handles cattle a horseback and drags calves.



Compensation Benefits:



Very competitive salary package plus 401K, family insurance (family and dental), nice company ranch truck and trailer provided, and employee housing-nice brick, two bedroom home with basement and attached garage, nice older horse barn with horse traps located at this division.



Notes:



The company is seeking a long term employee. Would consider a middle aged to older couple looking for a destination type job. Will also consider a young couple if there is enough experience involved. We would not have a problem using the wife as well if she would be willing to work during the busy seasons and would be compensated as well. This is a well paid position and we are looking for the right couple who wants to stay.
