Description:
Ranch and trail gelding. He is super friendly and easy to catch. He will watch a cow and I have moved cows with him many times. He has been ridden in the backcountry and spent a lot of time in wilderness camps. I am 75 and have ridden him everywhere alone or in company. Badger will easily cross creeks, bogs, and logs. I have drug firewood in to camp with him. He will load in a two horse or any trailer with no problem. Badger has good solid feet and is easy to shoe. He stands perfectly to get on and off. He has a good back to hold the saddle. Badger has never bucked, bit, kicked, reared, or pulled back. He is lower in the herd and gets along with geldings, mules, or mares. He has a nice way of traveling. No scars or blemishes. Badger is just a nice mountain or ranch using horse.
