This mare is known on the ranch as cut shoulder as she caught her shoulder on a gate latch as a young horse. So, she is by MILLIES N DOCCS OAK, and we have always appreciated those “OAK” mares. They have been the heart of our program and her mother ROBIN BUTTERUP is Gary’s favorite “old Grey mare”. She has had 7 foals, 5 horse colts and 2 fillies. She lost her first foal in a snow storm but has done her job every year since. She is ultrasound save in foal by Lund Equine. She is bred to TAKES ALOTTA METAL.
