13.3hh. If you’re looking for a large pony that has a personality, heart of gold and a great mind, look no further! He’s been trail ridden over 100 of miles with us, ridden at the barrel races, halter broke yearlings and packed all around. Peyote is the ULTIMATE trail partner. He is sure-footed, confident and safe when going down the trail. He goes anywhere you point him with no hesitation. No water, obstacle, or sketchy terrain phases this guy! He will ride in a group, or out alone and in the back or front of the pack. He is the perfect candidate for a trail rider looking for something reliable that has a ton of trail miles. In the arena, Peyote is a solid, more woah-than-go, mount! He knows his leads, how to side pass to objects or to open gates, and pivots on his haunches. He will transition on seat or voice commands. He is fully desensitized to tarps, blowers, dragging logs, and much more! If you can think of it, we’ve probably done it! He knows the barrel pattern as well and would make a great goat tying and roping pony for a little buckaroo. He lays down on command, side passes to the mounting block or the fence to be mounted.
