She has phenomenal papers, correct confirmation and a personality that will make you giggle. Betty is a been there done that horse with a great resume. She was a finished cutting horse in her younger years. We have used her as a backup for the last few years, scoring mostly 67-68’s. Betty has been used for goats, making it to JH Nationals in Guthrie, OK. Betty also greatly excels in the team roping on the heeling side. We have used her lots in the breakaway and started her in the tie down on the sled. Betty has also been used for barrels, poles, keyhole, and flag race. Outside of the arena, she is our #1 babysitting ranch horse. She goes through the badlands with lots of care and ease, taking the best care of her rider. But when needed, she’s easy to open gates on, sort cattle, trail or just go out for a joy ride. Betty never gets buddy or barn sour. You couldn’t ask for a smoother looking horse than Betty. Her lope is like a rocking chair and is never in a hurry. Also, Betty has raised beautiful, correct colts. She has great ground manners, will stand tied, trim/shoe, and saddles nicely. Betty is truly a complete package deal. The only reason we are selling her is that we feel she has more potential than what we are using her for.
