PEPTOSFRECKLEDCHICXVI “Freya” is a 2016 model nicely papered APHA mare tested to throw colors! She stands just over 14.1 hands tall, always willing to please and has the athleticism to boot. Freya has spent time doing ranch work in Montana, been shot off of, ridden bridleless, slow patterned on barrels and poles, trail ridden, gone through lakes and obstacle courses, and completed numerous horsemanship clinics. Her bloodlines include Strait from Texas, who sired multiple APHA and reigning world and championship titles. Running games, performing as a hunter jumper, low key pleasure classes, camping with trail riding, and mounted shooting. The possibilities are endless with this nice mare. She has the smoothest lope! Freya works off your seat and legs amazingly and is best suited for a confident rider with soft hands. She self-loads in trailers, stands perfect for the vet, farrier and while being bathed. Never a lame step taken, never any health issues, solid feet. She is as easy of keeper as you can get. Freya is respectful of fences, gets along great with other horses, stands tied with great ground manners. Always easy to catch, independent enough to be at a place of her own or mix with your herd.
