Description:
Leather as we call him is a 12-year-old 15hh quarter horse gelding that is well broke to ride and super fun to have around. We have taken Leather on lots of trails and he has also been used in parades. Leather is a gentle gelding that about anybody can get along with. Leather rides in the arena as well as on the trails or the highway. Leather picks up both his leads and has a smooth walk trot and slow canter. Leather rides great by himself or with other horses. He also does great with turnout in a group. We have used Leather to run errands and check fences and push cattle from pasture to pasture and he knows what a day’s work is like. We have taken Leather down the main highway and up in the mountains and he does not refuse. Leather goes over logs and through the water and wherever you point him with no hesitation. He also drives; he has been using in weddings hooked with another horse and also to give rides down through town. We have exposed Leather to flapping tarps and bouncing balls and also carried the American Flag. We have also taken him over all kinds of obstacles, and he does not mind any of it. Leather comes up to you in the pasture and loves to be loved on. Leather is up-to-date on farrier and dewormer and has his teeth done 5 7 23. Leather will sell safe and 100% sound.
