Description:
Tyson is an all-around kind of guy, western or English, trails or jumping or ranch work. Whatever you throw him at he will do. He is more woah than go. He needs a confidant rider, as he will test to see what he can get away with. Once he knows what his responsibility is, he is great. Would work well for an intermediate working with a trainer, on up. Has been used for beginner lessons. He has had ropes thrown off him, dragged barrels and logs, ponied horses, been ponied behind other horses, gone swimming, given little kids “pony rides”, Shown in hunters 2′, and so much more. He had a mild case of laminitis December of 2022 has since lost a lot of weight and has been sound since recovering from that (sound for about 9 months now). Easy keeper can be on grass and hay, but needs exercise so he doesn’t get fat. He does great on trails, road rides, or take him to a show. We are willing to board for up to 7 days, but I’m not able to transport him as I do not have current access to a trailer. LOCATION: Belding, MI.
