Description:
Laubscher Performance Horses. We are a 25 stall barn that primarily focuses on training and showing Reined Cowhorses.







The ideal person is someone who is responsible, professional, reliable, polite, hard-working, and a self-starter. Experience handling stallions, mares, and geldings of all ages is a must. We are looking for someone who can work hard and once they know their job, will do it with minimal supervision.







We do love to teach and are willing to help you learn more about riding and training cow-horses when the opportunity arises!







Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:



-Saddling/unsaddling horses



-Warming up horses of all experience levels (snaffle, hackamore, bridle)



-Handling cattle



-General maintenance of all the horses’ health and well-being



-Feeding horses and cattle



-Cleaning stalls and runs



-Arena maintenance



-Upkeep of the barn and grounds







Other skills (tractor knowledge, welding, roping) are a plus!







We work Monday through Friday. You will have every other weekend off when we aren’t in full swing show season.







Off-site shared housing is provided.







Pay depends on experience.
