Description:
Dallas is one of those gentle, kind "old souls" who is only 8yrs old. He is very easy going and laid back in everything he does. We love the horse and have used him for everything. He has been ranch rode, he’s handy to rope and doctor cattle out on the range, throw a loop, tie off hard and step off him to doctor the cow and he will hold his end of the rope patiently. We have loaned him to a friend of ours for a safety outrider horse for the Cody Stampede Parade. This horse wasn’t just in one position of the parade he was rode from one end of the parade to the other through all the entries, floats, vehicles and marching bands. He was a solid and steady through it all and never balked at anything. We also loaned him out for a 3 week horsemanship clinic where guests worked on their horsemanship and this horse was a complete confidence booster. We have had novice riders take him out and gather cattle on him, kids have taken him swimming in the pond and our 4yr old son can climb all over this guy and he always takes care of his rider. He is one of those horses you just saddle up and go, no silliness and stays broke. Ride him every day or once a month he is the same horse. Beginner friendly, husband safe, Kid Broke, and Ranch Worked. Video available upon request. Dallas is consigned to the October Billings Livestock Horse Sale
