Description:
Misty is a nicely built 2010 model chestnut mare, 15.1 hh and stout with a big hip, wide chest, and plenty of bone. She is AQHA registered as “Miss Easy Secret”, but sells as GRADE. We bought her with no papers, but she is tattooed and AQHA is willing to help get her papers, but there is no guarantee and new buyer must submit paperwork themselves to AQHA. Dash For Cash, Sixarun, Special Task and Hempen all on her papers. She was raced one time and won, and after that was mainly used as a family trail horse. She is a nice trail horse, but has the mind and athletic ability to make a performance horse as well. Misty is a pleasure to ride out in the pasture, crosses water with no problem, and isn’t spooky. She has nice gaits, travels out well, and while doesn’t have a fancy handle she is willing and can be taught. Misty will leave the group willingly and will happily lead or follow. She has also been ridden along the side of the road and in traffic and is not bothered by it. Misty is sound with no issues, great for the shoer, loads and hauls well. She has never offered to buck, rear, bite, kick or take off.
