This bit is marked STEELE DM connected. I believe that the late Tom Steele of Oklahoma City made the bit and Dennis Markle mounted it. The outside of the cheeks and the mountings are in very good condition. The inside of the cheeks have some pitting. The mountings are sterling and beautifully engraved. 6 5/8" cheeks and 5" mouth.
