Description:
Wanted a ranch experienced couple for long term employment on a very well-improved registered Angus operation in Southeast Montana. Skills needed are: calving, winter hay feeding, livestock health knowledge, improvements and repairs which include fencing, machinery maintenance,carpentry, welding, corral and shed cleaning, putting up hay, weed control. Artificial insemination knowledge would be valuable. No irrigation is done here. Hours depend on livestock health activities and the weather. Sundays are off unless weather or cattle working schedules interfere. Cattle are handled horseback. Please bring 2 horses. Housing furnished and utilities are paid. Beef is furnished. Employee can have cattle as part of wages earned. Ranch is located 10 miles from a small town on a paved highway with schools, churches, hospital, grocery store, county court house, etc.included. We prefer no excess drinking. Those who smoke or use drugs need not apply.
