Description:
These heifers are bred to low birth weight, high growth bulls so you get a safe birth AND a big calf to sell. Several lots of calves born in Jan-Feb 2016 to heifers bred to these bulls were sold in the Noble Foundation’s Integrity Beef Alliance preconditioned sale in December, 2016 at El Reno OKC West. Weaning weight averaged over 640 lbs & sale weight after preconditioning averaged over 760 lbs. Owner calved out 135 heifers bred to these same bulls and only lost four calves. Pelvic measurements were taken & heifers with narrow birth canals were culled. Tested PI-BVD negative. Heifers were also culled based on disposition & DNA info. Heifers are broke to electric fence & have been moved to a new paddock daily so they are very calm around people. Pregnancy will be confirmed again by blood test prior to shipping. Will sell any number, gate cut. Really nice heifers, developed as best as possible.
