If you want a horse that is trustworthy, dependable, no nonsense and safe, this is your horse. Jeffie is a grade 2006 Wyoming born and bred ranch horse. He’s been on our ranch, the Garrett Ranch since he was 2 years old and he’s as good as they come. We are a family owned and operated cattle ranch since 1885. We run about 500 head on 30,000 acres. He isn’t a show stopper, but he’s a solid, finished, big, raw boned ranch horse. He will carry a kid as well as an adult with equal care. Good to load, handle and tie. Ride, hunt, trail, ranch, sort, gather, rope, whatever. Confidence builder and good babysitter. But you can also get a good days work done on him. Guaranteed sound and we will guarantee your satisfaction. We’re only selling because we place a few of our older geldings each year to approved homes only. Jeffie needs an environment where he has turn-out, and will be ridden by someone who will love him as much as we do. Jeffie can be ridden in a group, alone, and gets along well with all horses. He’s been kept with mares, geldings, stallion and also by himself. He’s easy to catch anywhere, handles all terrain and is not spooky. He’s the same horse with or without time off. NO buck and no nonsense. Very dependable. Jeffie is a finished, well broke ranch horse with a good soft neck rein and anybody Current on vaccinations, worming, farrier and dental. Posted 07-06-17
