Description:
As the Ranch Foreman, you will be responsible for any/all tasks

associated with the operations and maintenance of the ranch, including but not limited to:



• Monitoring and repair of water systems and lines

• Manage rangeland pastures for wildlife

• Maintain and keep fences clean and standing

• Checks waterers and wells

• Maintenance and upkeep of waterers and wells

• Maintain road systems

• Maintain tractors and implements

• Operate equipment (Backhoe, Dozer and Maintainer) and tractors

• Brush Clearing

• Check housing for readiness of guests

• General plumbing, carpentry and electrical work when needed

• Willingness to be hands on and work hard

• Fill wildlife feeders

• Scout and monitor wildlife for guest hunting

• Guide and assist with family and light commercial hunters

• Selling some commercial hunts for exotics (Kudu, Scymitar Horned Oryx and Addax)

• Clean and skin game animals

• Running game cameras and keeping accurate harvest records



The spouse of the ranch foreman will be responsible for:

• Keeping the houses clean and ready for guests

• Picked up during guest stays

• Cooking when guests are on premises

• Monitoring houses for repairs and upkeep



Qualifications:

• Previous ranch management experience

• Previous heavy equipment operation

• Wildlife management experience

• Preferred previous commercial hunting but not mandatory

• Willing to work long hours during the season
