Description:
This 960 acre high fenced ranch is under new ownership as of May 2017. The owners are seeking to create a family friendly hunting/recreation ranch with quality game and unique opportunities. The ranch was previously hunted commercially thus the bones of a great operation are in place. We are trying to create an atmosphere of comfort and aesthetic value as the ranch grows. The goal will be to grow trophy quality whitetails as well promote quality dove and quail hunting opportunities.



As the Ranch and Facilities Manager of this property, you will be responsible for the complete oversight of the ranch. The tasks include but are not limited to:

• Range management

• Wildlife management

• Scouting, guiding and processing of game animals

• Lodge maintenance and upkeep

• Lawn care and landscaping

• Lodge, vehicle and equipment supply inventory

• Heavy equipment operation and maintenance

• Fence monitoring and upkeep

• Guest relations

• Monitoring and upkeep of water systems (Lodge and Pasture)

• Filling Feeders

• Blind upkeep and maintenance

• Running game cameras and logging photos

• Road work and brush clearing

• Shredding roads and pastures



Prerequisites:

• Ranch management

• Heavy equipment operation and maintenance

• Wildlife experience

• Fence work

• Water and well systems

• Light plumbing and electric work

• Good with customer service
