Description:
Xena is a very exotic looking POA mare that is safe and gentle for most any kid. She rides out alone and handles like a big horse. She’s been trail ridden extensively and has even been ridden in the Colorado mountains and Palo Duro canyon. She’s been ranch ridden by the kids to go along with dad to gather and pen cattle. They older boy rode her out to scout for strays. She’s been used to pony tiny kids on that don’t know how to ride alone. She’ll stay right beside a pony horse. The kids ride her to push the roping steers up the alley. They also track steers around the arena on her. She was used for lessons for all levels of riders before we got her. They also showed her a little bit. She’s been to playdays and used for peewee leadline classes and walk trot. She’s been ridden in parades and grand entries. She’s always kind and gentle no matter what you’re doing with her. The kids decorate her all up, color and braid her hair, glitter her feet and all kinds of other stuff. Don’t miss her if you need a really cool all around pony that’s kid safe. She’ll stand for hours for them. Xena doesn’t have any bad habits or vices. She stands for the farrier, ties, bathes, loads and hauls.
