Description:
handsome dun gelding, stout and strong. Finished team roper, works both ends. Started patterning on barrels and could be a breakaway horse. Nice handle, good lateral moves, super catty and athletic and a big stopper. Smooth and short strided, but still rides like a big horse. High energy with a big motor, he won’t get outrun. Also been ranched on. Perfect to work cows with and is a great sorting, penning, ranch and trail horse. This is a talented, well trained gelding, but is quirky and needs the right person for team roping. He is gentle, no buck or rear, but does best with #3 or better roper aboard. My #1 teen son has been roping on him, but this horse is not the right match for him in the roping arena. 14.3hh but very stout and sturdy, great feet, healthy and sound. AQHA but we didn’t get the papers. Will consider trade for a head horse suitable for a lower number roper and HS rodeo. Need to sell ASAP to buy a new high school rodeo rope horse.
