Description:
As soon as you meet Socks, you will fall in love. He will meet you at the gate, likes people, and has the very best ground manners. Stands tied quietly and patiently, and is just a nice horse to be around. He is easy to bathe, groom, and tack up.



Very gentle to be around. He stands still, never acts nervous or paws and is patient to mount from the mounting block. Rides nicely and is easy to get along with. Get’s along with other horse well - will eat out of the same feeder of they let him. Always kind, never grumpy or grouchy.



He is an excellent trail horse, and goes out alone quiet and confident in all situations. He has

went everywhere I have asked him to go with no hesitation.



He has been in the heaviest city traffic without a bobble, and is equally as quiet in rural mountain/desert terrain. Crosses bridges, rail road tracks and any obstacle I’ve asked him to. Rides in groups as well, doesn’t care if he’s first or last and doesn’t rush home.



Socks hasn’t had much arena work, but will jog nicely, lope circles, and picks up both leads. He will side pass and is light in the bridle. SUPER SMOOTH little jog that is so comfortable and easy to sit.



Socks is a super cute Buckskin gelding with a good conformation and great disposition. He is sound

and healthy and has absolutely no bad habits or vices or any kind. There is nothing about this horse that I dislike... he’s just a nice young gelding that rides really quiet and gentle and will just get better. He isn’t fancy broke, and doesn’t have the speed and athleticism to be a performance horse, but he’s fantastic to ride as a pleasure horse. This is a super cute little gelding and just happens to be everyone’s favorite color... Buckskin!



This is one that I really enjoy riding on trails and you will too. He deserves a great home and would be a great trail buddy for a person who wants a calm, quiet, no-nonsense gelding with a super smooth jog :)
