30-40 head of high altitude, easy fleshing grass developed Angus heifer calves for sale. We expect our heifers to weigh 700# at breeding, 11-1200# at maturity, and breed without any inputs other than grazing and a bull. We want our cows to work for us, not the other way around. (This year’s breed up for our replacements was 40 out of 41 to calve on time.} We also expect our heifers to calve without assistance (Last year we helped one heifer with a front leg back. Our calf puller is rusty.) If you’re looking for something better than sale barn quality, come take a look at these. Will feed until April 1 and dicker on price a little if you take all of them.
