Description:
We are looking for a young couple that wants to make ranching a career. This position is a "Manager In Training" position that is setup to train someone to be a "Ranch Manager". Our goal is to take someone that may be lacking in experience and train them in all aspects of ranching. As this individual grows and learns within our operation we then hope to promote them to a manager position within our ranch. This position comes with housing, benefits, paid vacation, performance bonus and competitive wage.

Requirements for the job would be to have skills or be willing to learn in the following areas: Riding and training horses, horse shoeing, cattle handling and calving, irrigation (flood, pivot, wheel line), fencing, equipment operation (feeding and haying equipment), haying, equipment service and maintenance plus employee supervision.
