Description:
My name is Cole Lee. I am 19 years old and recently graduated high school. I grew up my entire life in Colorado. When I was a younger kid, I lived with my father and ranched with him for Smith Cattle Company, out of Karval, Colorado. It was at this ranch where I learned horsemanship, roping skills, cattle behavior and pretty much all aspects of cattle. After smith, we returned to our family ranch out of Montrose, Colorado. This is where I learned the aspects of family ranching and ranch management. The family ranch is also where I learned aspects of farming. We farmed alfalfa and red clover to feed our cattle in the winter. I have knowledge in irrigation, cutting and bailing hay, and pasture management.

I am self motivated and would love to work for someone who can trust me to let me work on my own, but am also more than willing to work with who can show me more tricks to the job!
