Description:
This would be a Manager in Training position. This would be a great opportunity for a young couple wanting to get into the ranching business. We are looking for someone that wants to learn and grow with the operation. We would like to develop someone within the operation and then promote them to other positions on the ranch in the future.



Must posses or be willing to learn the following skills:

Good horse experience including shoeing horses and working with colts.

Good cattle experience

Good with equipment

Mechanical abilities such as welding, basic equipment and vehicle service and maintenance.

Knowledge of hay production and harvesting.

Center pivot and flood irrigation.

Fencing building and repairs.

Management of other employees.
