Description:
A family in Malibu, CA is seeking experienced, mature and reliable ranch hand to care for their horses. On-site live in situation available for the right person.



Job requirements include:

1. Care for 8 horses, groom and exercise daily, including riding each horse at least 3 x weekly

2. Feed and water animals, monitor their overall health in coordination with farrier and veterinarian, as needed

3. Oversee cleaning and mucking of stalls

4. Ability to transport horses in trailers for occasional riding trips or in case of emergency (fire, other disaster)



Salary is commensurate with experience and may include free on-site boarding in new Airstream.



Salary: $15.00 /hour



Required experience: Must drive, be experienced in caring for and riding horses. Locals only, please.
