The meticulously groomed and manicured property is currently being taken care of by a qualified team of individuals. We are looking to place another asset onto the ranch in the management position. The owner’s goals are to keep the ranches vertical movement going forward and continue to better the pristine habitat and wildlife. As the Ranch & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for any/all tasks associated with the operations and maintenance of the ranch, including but not limited to the following: You will be responsible for the record/account keeping and budgeting, planning and time management. Guest relations and hospitality are of utmost importance. You will be a major part of the wildlife management for the property and will work directly with the landowner to devise and implement a positive plan for the future. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conducting game surveys, calculating harvest recommendations, acquiring and keeping up with all aspects of the MLD program and tags, Game record keeping, scouting game animals and birds, running game cameras and logging all relevant pictures for management use and the families viewing, keeping feeders filled at all times, keeping guns sighted in and cleaned after each trip. You will be responsible for guiding hunts and cleaning of game after each hunt. Predator control is of utmost importance and should be conducted year round via any legal means! All reasonable lodge maintenance, grounds keeping and maintenance of lawns, pools and equipment, sprinkler systems ect, keeping the roads and hunting areas mowed and neat, keeping hunting blinds clean and ready for hunting, infrastructure maintenance via blading, rolling and limbing, monitoring and repair of water systems and lines, lake and pond care. Additionally, we ask that you gain a working knowledge of the Olive Orchard as we would like for you to be a part of it as we move forward.
