BOB WEST CHAPS: Chaps made by the late Bob West when in Lubbock, Tx. They were made in 1990 for former AQHA president Frank Merrill, formerly of Windward Stud. They have his brand on the belt. There is some surface cracking on the belt. The chaps are in very good lightly used condition. They feature three buckle straps, one pocket, 25 liberty dime and Indian head nickle conchos. The are right at 40" top to bottom. Upper thigh is approximately 21-24". This pair is going to be too small for a 6" 200lb. man. I think Bob West is as good as anyone that ever made a pair of chaps.
