Description:
Cherokee Trace Drive-Thru Safari is a 300 acre high-fenced wildlife preserve that is home to 400-500 animals from over 2 dozen native and exotic species. Over 20,000 people, mostly families, visit the Park every year.



Cherokee Trace needs a management couple who will manage daily ranch operations, supervise staff, coordinate animal health programs, maintain 300 acres and facilities and ensure excellence in customer service to over 20,000 visitors annually. The management couple will live on-property in housing provided.

3. Salary expectations



Experience:

•REQUIRED: At least one should have 3-5 years of farm or ranch experience

•REQUIRED: At least one should have 3-5 years of administrative/management experience

•Prefer at least one has 1-2 years of experience in retail sales

•Prefer both have computer skills



Education required:Both must have a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree for one or both preferred. Will consider candidates with commensurate life experience for one or both.

•Strong leadership/administrative/management skills

•Self-motivated

•Actively foster a healthy organizational culture

•Innovative and willing take on new challenges

•Understand basic general accounting and financial operations

•General farm/ranch expertise
