Extremely hardworking married couple looking for a permanent ranch caretaker position. We presently live in the Bitterroot Valley, MT. We have an incredible relationship, both personally and working. We both have an enormous amount of management skills and care taking experience. Crew boss, Foreman, Owners. We have both owned our own businesses.

Him: Outdoor outfitting store. He has guided in the Selway Wilderness for the past 10 years. He was the head guide, and also the head instructor for the Western MT School for Guides, overseeing anywhere from 6-20 people along with care taking the ranch and 60-80 head of horses and mules. He is also a licensed jet engine mechanic/inspector, licensed in HVAC and oil burner, as well as a degree in carpentry. Numerous years doing electrical both residential and industrial.

Me: Raised on a dairy/beef farm. Also having my own Q.H. Ranch for 20 years. Raising training, showing. I have also assisted on numerous ranches with branding, vaccinating, moving beef cattle. I was a Vet Tech for 10 years.

We are both experienced in the operations of a working ranch; haying, fencing, running all types of equipment.

We are looking to manage a ranch, the more remote the better. We would prefer to be the sole caretakers. We are very responsible, work great with no supervision, we believe in working and getting the job done no matter the circumstance. We are very familiar working in all types of weather conditions. We will re-locate, but prefer the western states. Will consider all. We have no children. Must provide housing and respectable salary.
